This the roundup of all the Shows that I watched during the Spring anime season. The rankings are based on my opinion and I have seen other sort of rankings and there are a few that will seem to be the consensus around the internet. This is the top 21 so here we go!
#21.
Yuyushiki

Yuyushiki is random cute/comedy/slice-of-life anime that has no real interesting features about it.
#20.
Karneval

I am just the wrong type of audience for this show. I didn't know it would be so shoujo-esque type of show. But some battle scenes were kind of cool.
#19.
Aku no Hana

So many things can be said about this anime, and one important thing was the story is kind of interesting to me. It is guaranteed that there will be another season because it said end of part one. That being said, I kind of am reading the manga, and it is so much better. The anime was extremely boring at times because of scenes of complete silence or ambient BMG. The biggest factor of course is animation. The screenshot is not even one of the characters because I fear that your eyes will bleed.
#18.
RDG: Red Data Girl

At first it had potential but its kind of hard to follow at times. It was only ten episodes long so it ended quite early thus easy to forget about.
#17.
Photo Kano

A dating sim anime where each episode was a different girl. The girls are all unique but nothing much about this show is impressive.
#16.
Hayate no Gotoku! Cuties

While I like the whole series, its just hard to follow in this season because it skipped over so many chapters of the manga that most people that don't read it will be lost as to why all these characters are living together.
#15.
Zettai Bouei Levaiathan

One of those meh anime that you will forget about over time. Its sort of got its interesting fights but its nothing special.
#14.
Arata Kangatari

Another show that had its interesting perks but again did not grab my attention as much. It's like Gargantia, its also a decent show.
#13.
Suisei no Gargantia

Visually this show was one of the best. As for the story its kind of good and the characters were alright. It just did not grab my attention as much as other shows but that does not fault the anime, its a decent show.
#12.
Devil Survivor 2: The Animation

Fairly disappointing as a whole in my opinion. Most of it though was expected because I played the game so I can recognize some things such as characters. The best part of this show was the opening and ending songs.
#11.
Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge

Very strange show but it was at times very interesting. The killing goods drive the character into a murderous state and Kiri showed that he can suppress it because of Iwai-chan. Those two are really hot for each other.
#10.
Ginga Kikoutai: Majestic Prince

Here's the other mecha anime that also had its ups and downs. What's interesting is that the characters who are not very good all round are growing leaps and bounds and excelling in their strengths.
#9.
Hayore Nyaruko-san W

It is what it is, there's nothing surprising about Nyaruko-san and everything is expected. Nothing really wowed me about this season except that scene where she let her heart felt emotions out. That was a great episode.
#8.
Kakumeiki Valvrave

You would hate a show that ends in a cliff-hanger, this is one case of it. This is supposed to be a 24 episode show but broke it down between spring and fall. This happened too a while back with Fate/Zero and its really unfortunate that this has to happen. As for the show itself it had its ups and downs and I'm still not sure to rate this as mediocre or pretty good.
#7.
Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteru.

A show with great potential to have another season because the way it ended there are too many loose ends that need to be addressed. The loner character that starts interacting with individuals grow the character.
#6.
Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko.

Very comedic and as a hentai prince that seems to be attached to the loli theme. That stony cat messes the lives according to any wishes granted. I ended quite nicely too tying up loose ends from everyone's past.
#5.
Date A Live

Quite liked the concept of this show as well as the characters were all interesting. Love interests from all the girls and the spirit factor brought good comedy and action. There could still be more story to tell so cross your fingers for another season.
#4.
Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S

Another strong series is back. Railgun shows glimpse of intense fights once again which the high selling point for the show. 12 episodes in, whatever the next arc is I expect lots of explosions and fights moving forward.
#3.
Hataraku Maou-sama!

A series that has a lot of good qualities and high potential to have another season. The characters relationships are all great and the show brought some action too. I really loved the show and I wish for more.
#2.
Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai.

My personal biased favourite but despite the bias I still think it tops most shows out there. Its funny and great slice of life story. The ending of serason 2 suggests that there may not be any chance of a third season but obviously an OVA will come out at some point. I think I will go ahead and look into the manga more.
#1.
Shingeki no Kyojin

The consensus number one anime of the season by most standards. It is highly regarded as one of the best because of the story and a unique almost cell shaded animation style. Things may be progressing kind of low but this is okay. It will extend into the summer season and surely stay high in the ranks unless something drastic happens.
